Many workers who had been laid off and were desperately searching for a job accepted jobs that they felt they were overqualified for, and underpaid. Now that the market is improving, recruiters are warning companies that the employees they hired when the economy was at its lowest, may now be planning on searching for jobs in higher positions that are better paid. Unfortunately for these companies, just because they were able to snag talented employees for a bargain price, does not mean these employees will stay. Now, many of them are frustrated and are setting out to find greener pastures.
