Since the economy is slowly but surely improving, many workers are feeling less pressure to continue their job hunt (or to continue working their current undesired job) and are feeling more confident to start a business doing the work that really matters to them. The WSJ article “Back in the Job Hunt, With New Hope” focuses on several workers who are feeling optimistic during these tough times. Doing work that matters doesn’t have to immediately have a huge impact, but can begin with something as simple as determination and dedication.
