TruBlue Project

Are there good people on both sides of an issue?  Sure.  Are there good people on both sides of the aisle?  Oh, sure.  But should you work both sides?  No.

Though there are probably good people working for a tobacco company somewhere too, we simply find their work to be in conflict with the work we think matters in the healthcare industry.

We think the same holds true in the electoral world — at every level.   Every dollar “our side” spends on an unseen and seemingly harmless service provider (payroll and staffing, for example) that works both sides of the aisle is a dollar contributed to the “other side.”  Such “volume” service providers may occasionally cover their tracks by giving money to candidates and causes of every stripe, but feeding their bottom-line revenue stream ultimately undermines our purpose.  That “discount” they offer others is subsidized by you.  The discount they offer you is subsidized by the other side.

Bright lines are drawn at many levels in this high-stakes war:  media consultants, consulting firms and law firms, for example, work one side or the other.  We think it’s time someone serve our collective cause at the not-so-obvious levels.  And that includes the gritty back-office functions that help a campaign run smoothly – and preserve resources for other important purposes.

The TruBlue Project is our commitment to serving our team:

  • Our payroll service is labor-friendly
  • We only serve you
  • Our rates and options will always be more budget friendly than the “bigs”
  • Our staffing support services will cover any employee or project-staffer on any campaign anywhere – this includes workers compensation and unemployment insurance
  • Whether you recruit and find staff or we do, we’ll carry and support them on your terms

There are lot of folks out there smarter than us – playing strategic and tactical roles more important than ours.

But this is our commitment and contribution to work that matters.  Yours.
