TC Referral Grants

A variety of compensation plans are available for full-time, part-time and occasional recruiters as part of  our TC Referral Grants.  The program allows non-recruiters to participate in helping friends and colleagues find work that matters through TruCorps.

• For current or recent TC staffers and placements, an internal referral page is accessible through our NetSuite intranet.  There, referrals go directly into the placement system – and each such referral is tracked to the person making the referral.  No placement action is taken without consulting the “referrer” and making sure that he or she is compensated in the appropriate manner.  Just like a professional recruiter might be.
• We also accept job and candidate referrals from anyone with valuable insight.  Compensation is available.  A trial version of the referral system for in-house staffers is now available to non-employees here.
• We partner with job and placement professionals.
