Job Seekers

For 2010, our job-seeker priorities are:

• Completing the beta phase of the application pages.  This area was the first functional area for our new site.  We’d like to include user-recommended improvements during the year.  Still, you are encouraged to submit or update your profile page.   Our recruiters are roaming the database everyday.
• Posting limited specific jobs and exclusive employer postings on a trial basis.
• Improving the ProtoPay process.  ProtoPay is the handle for our project-to-payroll system.  Since early 2009, this program has allowed job-seekers and employers to engage in a mutual trial-run before a candidate goes in-house.
