Project-to-Payroll

TruCorps has pioneered and continues to perfect this program.

Dubbed ProtoPay, it serves the needs of candidates and job providers by creating a “real-time” work experience of 90-180 days before a candidate moves in-house.

During the “project” phase, the candidate-staffer works in the agreed upon work environment in concert with other existing job provider staffers and managers.   For this period only, the staffer is on the TruCorps payroll and TruCorps assumes all related responsibilities while the job provider and candidate are free to explore their relationship in a real-time work setting.  If the fit is right, the staffer moves to the job provider’s payroll at the close of the project period.
