Job posting varies according to beta phase. We are currently working through beta 1.5. During 1.5 (and 2.0), most of our primary listings will not identify the specific employer. Detailed descriptions and requirements will form the core of a category listing.
During the 2.0 beta phase, job-postings are by invitation only and no charge for basic postings. Our goal is to maximize best-candidate exposure to your job listings. Basic services include a posting at our site and “active” distribution – pushing candidates to your listing. Additionally, in consultation with you, TruCorps will cross-post and track your listings on multiple domestic and international boards or sites. Rates for cross-postings are based on host-site or host-board terms.
We will categorize job openings on several levels. The “primary” categories – which may change based on community input – are intended to be in line with with our mission of focusing on “work that matters.” More traditional categorization is provided within each primary category.
